On the Guru Radar
We were disappointingly late converts to Radcliffe's world. He crept under our radar. Indeed, he has been operating outside the reach of managerial radar for many years while making a difference to the lives of leaders in an array of organizations - from Niall Fitzgerald at Unilever to Gus O'Donnell in the UK Government's Cabinet Office and hundreds of others.
Radcliffe published his own book in 2008. It captured his Future-Engage-Deliver model which, as with any great model, is easily understood and incredibly demanding. Now, Radcliffe has set his sights even higher and wants to create a movement. Leading the way is his book Leadership Plain and Simple which aims to bring his straight talking style to a bigger audience.
